Saber Ammar Programme Assistant
Saber Ammar is a Researcher and North Africa Program Assistant at the Transnational Institute (TNI). He works at the intersection of research, advocacy, and grassroots mobilization, advancing a just and people-centered energy transition. His experience includes collaboration with social and climate movements, trade unions, and grassroots organizations, fostering collective resistance to exploitative energy projects.
Specializing in energy issues across the Arab region, Saber focuses particularly on green hydrogen projects in Tunisia, Africa, and the wider Arab world. His research and analysis have been published by Progressive International, Africa Is a Country, African Arguments, and other platforms.
