No NATO war summit! Counter-Summit Coalition calls for peace and justice

A broad alliance of organisations and activists — including TNI — has come together under the banner of the Counter-Summit Coalition for Peace and Justice to organise a counter-summit and demonstration opposing NATO, taking place in The Hague on June 21 and 22. In the days leading up to the NATO summit, the coalition aims to amplify a critical, alternative voice. Through panel discussions, workshops, and lectures, the counter-summit will explore the risks of NATO’s militarised approach and promote pathways toward sustainable and just peace.

The event will culminate in a public demonstration against the NATO war summit, with a diverse range of participants expected from both the Netherlands and abroad.
